I  have  dedicated many years to learning how to cook and bake with healthy and nutritional ingredients.    

Enduring many failures - being extremely resistant to embracing those "wonderful" discouraging, beaten down moments - in order to become better.   

I don't take failure well - I am a little sensitive :)

But perseverance must prevail and I have and I can't help myself, but to strive for the next level to achieve results that are truly delicious and gratifying. 

I have high standards, so this blog is not going to be what one might expect just from a glance. 

I realize most people think "health food" is undesirable. 

But you will see that here, that is not going to be the way of it. 

 

There should be a "harmony" in one's meals, with enjoyment from the first look to the last bite.

This blog is designed as a tutorial, as well as, a resource

for acquiring delicious recipes.  Starting with a biblical

dietary foundation, the main objective is to show you that using healthy ingredients can fulfill your expectations for "traditional" foods, but it also goes beyond this.  

With a little extra flair, your taste buds' horizons will soar.

The tips go a long way in making things easier for you and to help you become more efficient with your time and resources.  A few tips can help you get to the next level that

you may be trying to achieve.

to many recipes and yet, the flavor will be wonderful, but

secretive :)​

The fraudulent "colored and flavored" corrupt substances

that are suppose to pass for food in today's society, are a terrible evil that are ruining peoples' health.  


On this blog, there are no chemicals, preservatives, additives, GMO's, sugar cane products, MSG, natural flavorings, or artificial anything that is not fit for consumption to nourish our temples.  


Budgets are definitely taken into consideration here as well. 

I do various levels from simple to elaborate recipes.
