Turkey Alfredo Meatballs

A very delicious meal! A healthier baked version of seasoned turkey meatballs immersed in Alfredo sauce.

Recipe Prep: 50-60 minutes Serves 8

2 lbs. organic ground turkey

2 pastured or organic eggs

1 medium organic red onion - finely diced

1 medium organic red bell pepper - finely diced

1 cup organic flax - freshly ground

1/4 cup organic dried chives

3-4 cloves organic garlic - minced

1 1/2 tsp. organic ground caraway seed

1 tbsp. organic ground coriander

2 tsp. organic dried rubbed sage

1 tsp. organic dried thyme

1/2 tsp. organic dried ground celery seed

1/2 tsp. organic lemon pepper

1/4 tsp. organic white pepper

2 tsp. Himalayan salt

Sauce:

1 pint organic heavy cream

1/2 cup organic butter

1/2 tsp. black pepper

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Set racks on top of stainless steel baking

sheets.

In a medium bowl, combine all meatball ingredients. Mix thoroughly.

Then make into balls the size of golf balls, using a light touch with your

fingers. This will be sticky. Place balls on to racks.

Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Make Alfredo sauce by adding the butter and heavy cream in a medium

skillet over medium high heat. Whisk together when the butter is melted.

Then lower heat and add in the parmesan cheese and black pepper, as you continue to whisk.

When all is incorporated, then turn off heat and cover.

When meatballs are done, then plate and spoon Alfredo sauce over top and

serve. Enjoy!
