Fruit & Coconut Cool Pops

A refreshing treat to cool down with on a hot summer's day!

Cherry & coconut or peach mango coconut cream pops.

Recipe Prep 10 minutes Approx. 15 per recipe

Cherry & Coconut:

2 cups organic sweet cherries - fresh or frozen

1/2 cup organic coconut milk

1/2 cup raw honey

1 tsp. organic almond extract

1 cup water

Peach Mango Coconut:

2 cups organic peaches & mangos - fresh or frozen

1/2 cup organic coconut milk

1/2 cup raw honey

1 cup water

Place the ingredients from which recipe you prefer into a blender and

thoroughly blend well.

Pour into pop molds and place in freezer.

When cool pops are frozen solid, then run a little hot water over the

outside of pop molds, while gently pulling, to release the cool pops. Enjoy!

Tips: Use BPA free plastic molds.

Be creative and use whatever fruit you like with the same

ratios of honey, coconut milk, and water.

You can also substitute cream cheese for the coconut milk for a

creamier result.
