Baked Zuc Chips

Easy and tasty, plus much healthier than fried!

Fresh zucchini and freshly grated Romano cheese.

And no messy egg bath to deal with.

Recipe Prep 25 min. Serves 6 - 8

3 organic medium zucchini - sliced into 3/16th widths

2 cups organic Romano, Asiago, or Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place parchment paper onto large

sheet pan

Place zucchini chips onto sheet pan and cover with cheese.

Bake for 425 degrees until slightly brown. Enjoy!
